Customers using BYO AI provider options are responsible for their provider charges; Telfron AI credit limits continue to apply.
Additional credits: Add 2,000 AI credits for AED 50. Purchased credits remain after the monthly plan reset and are consumed only after included credits.
Third-party services: SIP carrier charges, telephone numbers, WhatsApp/Meta messaging charges and other third-party service fees are not included unless explicitly stated.

What else should I know?
Is Education AI a separate Telfron edition?
Yes. Education AI is a dedicated $3,000 annual campus licence, configured around parent messaging, transport enquiries, paging, emergency announcements and school operations.
What is an AI Credit?
One Telfron AI Credit represents up to approximately 1,000 combined AI input and output tokens. Actual credit consumption depends on the AI operation performed.
Do unused AI credits roll over?
No. Included AI credits reset each month and do not roll over. Professional includes 500 credits per month and Enterprise AI includes 2,000 credits per month.
How can I add more AI credits?
Organization administrators can add 2,000 AI credits for AED 50 from Plans & Billing. Purchased credits are used after the included monthly allowance and remain available after the monthly reset.
Are these the complete project costs?
The annual figures cover the selected platform licence. Infrastructure, implementation, carrier services, WhatsApp/Meta messaging and optional managed services are scoped separately.
Can I change editions later?
Yes. Plan changes are applied through Platform Admin and require a newly signed entitlement for the installation.
Can I use my own AI provider?
Yes. Choose BYO Secure Vault for a supported cloud provider or BYO On-Premises AI for an approved locally hosted provider. Telfron credit limits still apply and you remain responsible for your provider charges.
Can the customer provide the server?
Yes. Telfron can be deployed on suitable customer-controlled infrastructure after validation of capacity and security requirements.
