1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to the Telfron public website, its information and enquiry tools. You may browse the site for lawful business evaluation and personal information purposes. Telfron’s published business contact address is 2A Manurere Avenue, Auckland 0622, New Zealand; email info@telfron.com. The contracting supplier for a product or service is identified in the applicable order or signed agreement.
These website terms do not replace a signed software licence, order, service agreement, support schedule or data-processing agreement. A product agreement takes precedence for the product or service it covers. A privacy notice explains data handling; it is not a waiver of your privacy rights.
2. Trials, orders and commercial information
Submitting a trial or contact request does not activate service, reserve capacity or create a paid subscription. Activation, identity verification, eligibility, duration and any evaluation restrictions are confirmed through the applicable trial process. An order is binding only through the applicable acceptance process and authorized agreement.
The written order or agreement should identify the supplier, licensed deployment, price and currency, taxes, payment dates, renewal and cancellation terms, included support and third-party charges. Do not assume that website pricing includes telephone numbers, carrier connectivity, messaging-provider fees, AI-provider usage, hardware, installation or network work.
3. Website descriptions and illustrative content
Product descriptions, availability, compatibility, comparisons and calculators support preliminary evaluation. Validate your requirements, supported devices and deployment dependencies before purchase. Illustrative screens, blueprints, generated images and example workflows do not represent actual customer outcomes or guaranteed performance.
Website information may change. Changes to website content do not by themselves amend an existing signed customer agreement. No uptime, recovery-time, response-time or service-credit commitment is created by a marketing statement; any such commitment must appear in the applicable service schedule.
4. Accounts and submitted information
Provide accurate business information and submit personal information only when you are authorized to do so. Keep passwords, verification codes, request-status tokens and tracking links confidential. Do not place credentials, payment-card details or sensitive personal records into public enquiry forms or chat.
Tell Telfron promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to a Telfron account or request. Account use and product administration are also subject to the applicable account and service terms.
5. Lawful and acceptable use
Do not use the website or related interfaces for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful surveillance, malicious submissions, unauthorized access, service disruption or infringement of another person’s rights. Security testing requires prior written authorization defining its scope. Public access does not authorize penetration testing.
Customers must assess local rules for call recording, communications monitoring, automated calls, direct marketing, messaging consent and retention. The acceptable-use policy provides further guidance. Product enforcement rights and remedies are governed by the applicable service agreement and mandatory law.
6. AI, communications and emergency dependencies
AI-generated answers and summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate. Configure approved knowledge, test the workflow, provide human handover and review outputs before relying on them for consequential decisions. Do not use routine AI reception as the sole mechanism for medical, safety, legal or emergency decisions.
Calling depends on the deployment, power, network, carriers and configured destinations. Emergency-call availability, location information and alternative arrangements must be assessed with the relevant installer and carrier. The website makes no representation that an evaluation or every deployment supports emergency calling.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, software and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view and use public materials for legitimate evaluation. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification or product use requires permission or an applicable licence, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Third-party marks remain the property of their owners. References to products, integrations or standards do not imply endorsement, partnership or certification.
8. External services and links
External websites, carriers, payment services and integration providers apply their own terms and privacy notices. Their availability and functionality may change. Confirm compatibility, data locations and responsibilities for the particular deployment; a reference on this website does not guarantee an integration.
9. Availability and legal protections
The public website is supplied on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is given that preliminary website information is complete, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. Obtain an authorized written specification for a purchase or production deployment.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections or liability for fraud. Product warranties, remedies and liability limits belong in the relevant customer agreement. These website terms do not introduce an invented financial liability cap for customer services.
10. Questions, disputes and applicable law
Contact info@telfron.com with the subject ‘Website terms’ and a description of your concern. The parties should first try to resolve a website dispute through direct discussion. These website terms do not impose an exclusive court venue or displace mandatory law. Governing law and dispute arrangements for a product or service are set out in the applicable agreement. Mandatory local rights and access to competent regulators or courts are preserved.
11. Updates
These website terms take effect on 8 October 2026. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way and dated on this page. Revised website terms apply prospectively and do not automatically replace a signed customer agreement.
