What you’ll work on
- Discover customer calling, branch, reception and messaging requirements.
- Plan SIP trunks, supported endpoints, routing, network dependencies and cutover steps.
- Configure and validate approved PBX and integration workflows.
- Coordinate delivery milestones, acceptance testing and customer handover.
- Document deployment boundaries, security responsibilities and recovery arrangements.
What you bring
- Experience delivering business telephony, SIP/PBX, network or systems projects.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across connectivity, calling and configuration.
- Clear technical documentation and customer communication skills.
- Ability to plan changes carefully and coordinate with installers, carriers and developers.
Useful additional experience
- Experience with multi-site deployments, private cloud or managed IT services.
- Familiarity with AI reception, contact centers or business messaging.
