What you’ll work on
- Build risk-based test plans for web, API and communications workflows.
- Automate meaningful browser and API regression tests.
- Verify role permissions, tenant separation, error handling and supported devices.
- Reproduce issues with clear evidence and work with developers on fixes.
- Document release readiness, unresolved risks and recovery checks.
What you bring
- Practical manual and automated testing experience for web applications and APIs.
- Experience with a browser automation framework and test-data management.
- Ability to investigate logs, isolate failures and communicate defects clearly.
- Understanding of accessibility, responsive behavior and security-focused test cases.
Useful additional experience
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or equivalent tools.
- Exposure to SIP calling, messaging integrations, performance testing or CI pipelines.
What success looks like
Useful regression coverage and clear release evidence that catches workflow failures early.
